Meditation Group

Purpose of group

Two-hour meditation group with focus on well-being, healing and strengthening spiritual connection. Held between 10.00 and 12.00 on a Wednesday or a Saturday once a month at Phoenix Wings Crystals.

PLEASE NOTE: The Wednesday group is for anyone who does not work during the week.
The Saturday group is for those who work during the week and is very popular.
We ask that you please be fair to those who cannot come during the week due to work or other obligations.

Joining the group

If you wish to attend the group meetings:

2. Request to join the Meditation group 
3. We will ask whether you can attend the Wednesday group if you are not currently working
4. We will allocate you to either the Wednesday or Saturday group
5. We will be very happy to welcome you to the group

Attending group meetings

1. Space is limited, so there are only 12 places available on each day.
2. Places are allocated on 'first to put their name down' basis
3. Each two-hour session costs just £7.00 per person.

(Please note -  group takes place in the Magdalene Room, upstairs on the first floor.  We sincerely apologise, but we are presently unable to accommodate those who are unable to climb the stairs.)
