Question 1 - Are you still open?
Our high street shop is closed at the moment, due to the lockdown over pandemic COVID-19. We are working hard to ensure our online presence, both on our own website www.phoenix-wings.com and on eBay and you can still contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Facebook page Phoenix Wings Crystals. You can also call us on 07808 521859 with your order. If you can’t find what you are looking for, please ask, as we may well have it in stock, but it might not have been uploaded to our website or eBay store yet.
Question 2 - When will your shop reopen?
We cannot give a definitive answer to this question yet. We will re-open our shop for business once it is safe to do so and once we have done a deep clean of the premises and adopted certain safety routines, to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. As an holistic health company, we must be led by the government and health authorities guidelines to ensure the safety, health and well-being of our customers and staff.
Question 3 - Are you still practising any of your holistic therapies?
We understand that many people believe that holistic therapies may be an excellent approach to treating people affected by the virus, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually - but, with the social-distancing guidelines and policies in place, we regret that it would be irresponsible and illegal for us to practise any of our therapies at this moment in time. As soon as we have guidelines on how this can be achieved safely, we will be offering our therapies again.
Question 4 - I have an item of stock put back that I am paying instalments on. How am I supposed to pay for it and/or pick it up from the shop?
Don’t worry. Your item is safely put away for you inside the shop and will still be there ready for you to collect once we are able to re-open the shop. We will ensure that any items put away are still there for you and you can pay off the final figure once we re-open or start paying your instalments again. If you wish to, you can call us on 07808 521859 to discuss making instalment payments until we re-open, or you can PayPal us the instalment at paypal.me/websalesphoenix, (but please notify us if you wish to do this).
Question 5 - I am booked onto one or several of your courses this year. What happens if the courses have to be cancelled?
We are aware that many of you have booked spaces and paid deposits for our courses. Hopefully, we will not have to cancel any courses, but will allocate new dates to the course list, (and any courses that have been missed due to the lockdown) once we re-open. We will, of course, let all of you know the new dates in plenty of time before the course starts. For anybody who cannot make the new dates, we will either return your deposit or you may decide that we keep it safe for the same course next time we run it. You can also switch your deposit to any other course we are running.
Question 6 - When will the Reiki Share Group and Meditation Group re-open?
Several of our group members are more vulnerable, due to age and immune-deficiencies, and we will only re-open the groups once we are completely satisfied that we can do so without compromising anyone's health and safety, and when we are officially allowed to do so by the government and health authorities. We will try to get back to full group capacity as soon as we are able. This will be after a deep clean of the premises, and the introduction of any new guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees and staff.
Question 7 - Are you still accepting orders?

We are currently working extremely hard to upload stock, so it may be that we have what you are looking for but it hasn’t been uploaded yet. Question 8 - How long does it take to process my order and dispatch it?
We will endeavour to process any website or eBay order as soon as possible and dispatch your item/s to you as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that we use second-class postage, and it may take slightly longer to receive your order through the post due to Royal Mail prioritising urgent post during the lockdown. If you have any concerns about an order that you feel is overdue, please telephone 07808 521859 to discuss this.
