Karuna Reiki Master Course
Used In Buddhism and Hinduism, Karuna is an ancient Sanskrit word meaning 'any action you take that reduces the suffering of others'. It could also be translate as 'Compassion in Action'. It is natural to extend compassionate action or Karuna to everyone because we are all one - and so by helping those in need of healing, we are helping everyone, including ourselves.
It is also stated in Buddhist literature that Karuna must be accompanied by 'parjna' or 'wisdom' (which is why is is offered at Reiki Master level).
Karuna is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who are working to end the suffering on earth.
As you develop Karuna in yourself, not only are you helping others, but you also become more receptive to the Karuna that is being sent by all 'enlightened beings' Thus your healing and your spiritual progress is quickened as well.
On this course you will
As with all our Reiki courses, you will receive your Reiki Lineage and Successful candidates will receive a Karuna Master Certificate from the Phoenix Wings School of Holistic Therapies upon successful completion of this course. This will enable you to teach Karuna Reiki.

- learn the additional 9 symbols of Divine Karuna Energy, their Mantras and their uses
- a meditation to connect you with the Divine Karuna Energy
- how to gift Karuna Reiki attunements to other Reiki Masters
- meditations for specific issues practicing the attunements with fellow students
