Which crystals help with Fear and Worry?

At this very strange time, when we believe we’re all facing a very uncertain future, it is so difficult not to become entangled in our fears and worry about what will happen.  It is only normal that we are asking ourselves what will our future - and the future for our children - will look like.
 
We’re aware that this fear and worry - with our mind and thoughts constantly racing – is affecting our mental well-being, perhaps making us rather obsessive, possibly irritable, hyperactive and exhausted.  We also know it can lead to anxiety about the situation, bringing physical reactions, such as raised heart rate and blood pressure, restlessness, struggling to concentrate, and problems sleeping.
 
Each of us would benefit from taking time out to try to clear our fear and worry, restore our inner balance and encourage positivity back to our thinking, thereby reducing anxiety about the future. 
 
We recommend working with the following crystals to help if we are being affected by our erratic feelings at the moment.  Try using them by carrying or wearing them, meditating or sleeping with them under your pillow.  Don't forget to cleanse them in cold running water prior to, and after, use.  (If they cannot be cleansed by this method, it will say in the description).

We often find that the ‘Power of Three' works extremely well, choosing three crystals that work on a similar theme to work together. Amethyst – a wonderful emotional healer, delving deep into our minds to find and heal the source of the problem.  It soothes feelings of panic, and used under the pillow, is often very helpful to bring us peaceful sleep. It brings protection, and also can be very useful to help curb overindulgence in bad habits, such as over eating, smoking, etc.

Calcite, Mangano (Pink) – this wonderful crystal is capable of infusing a person’s aura, or a whole environment, with a loving, gentle, relaxing, calming and deeply cleansing energy.  It soothes feelings emotional turmoil and trauma, thereby gently releasing fear and worry.
 
Opal, Common White – alleviates our worries and fears, helping to soothe anxiety and counter feelings of depression.  Especially good for very sensitive people who feel overwhelmed by this situation, calming the mind and helping us to focus. It encourages a positive attitude towards the future.
