At this very strange time, when we believe we’re all facing a very uncertain future, it is so difficult not to become entangled in our fears and worry about what will happen.  It is only normal that we are asking ourselves what will our future - and the future for our children - will look like.

Amethyst – a wonderful emotional healer, delving deep into our minds to find and heal the source of the problem.  It soothes feelings of panic, and used under the pillow, is often very helpful to bring us peaceful sleep. It brings protection, and also can be very useful to help curb overindulgence in bad habits, such as over eating, smoking, etc.
 
Calcite, Lemurian Aquatine – this beautiful, gentle crystal acts as a powerful cleanser, when we are feeling overwhelmed by stress, fear and worry, and feel we are facing an uncertain future.

At this difficult time, we should remember that Mother Earth often supplies us with natural remedies that can be very effective, when used alongside effective hand washing and keeping our distance from others.
 
We recently read some really interesting research into Sage, that we thought we’d share. This research showed that Sage has powerful anti-microbial and antibacterial properties, keeping away viruses and insects.  It also showed that it purified the air and eliminated up to 94 % of harmful bacteria for up to 24 hours. 
 
Sage is a member of the Salvia plant family, and the name derives form the Latin Salvere, which means ‘to heal’.
